Took my car for front brakes to get done and it was making the worst sound after I picked my car up. Took it back and was told I needed a new rim and the technician said he was 100% sure that was the i making the worst sound after I picked my car up. Took it back and was told I needed a new rim and the technician said he was 100% sure that was the issue, I didn’t believe that so I took it somewhere else and was told my caliper was loose which was dangerous. Came out from that shop without anymore noise and was charged nothing. Felt very taken advantage of here at Nissan which sucks I trusted this place because it’s where I purchased my car. Definitely need mechanics there that know what they are doing and talking about. More
