I had the best car buying experience by far using Continental Nissan. They were very patient with us while we discussed the deal and making our decision. Ben was very easy to deal with and not pushy like most car salesmen could be. I especially appreciated their honorable nature with deals; if they agree with a deal, they will stick with it no matter what. We were fortunate that a slight mistake was made in our favor and they still kept the final deal valid when other dealerships would normally say, "Sorry, a mistake was made so the deal is off." Even without the slight mistake, their deals are far superior than any other dealership we checked out and we do some shopping before we purchase a new vehicle. By far, they deserve all the awards they achieve. More

Very good service and quick service. The salesman are straight up with you on pricing and availability of inventory. Inventory was displayed nicely and was organized for easy comparison. Jay and this entire dealership provided excellent service. The color I wanted for my Rogue was not in stock and they procured another one the next day. When I went to pick up my car it was ready to service. The color I wanted for my Rogue was not in stock and they procured another one the next day. When I went to pick up my car it was ready to go. No waiting around for "prep". Jay even programmed my phone into the Blue Tooth system and helped my with the Sirius radio system(which was included in the price by the way). I love my car and would go back to them any time. Ask for Jay if you go, he is great. More
Price was fair but I feel it should have been slightly less compared to others on the market. Vehicle only had one key with it and they wouldn't cut another one for me without paying over 100 dollars for less compared to others on the market. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been excellent if the small stuff like I mentioned were taken care of. I am sure the cost of a key for the dealer is minimal and seems petty in my eyes. Roy was great to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted and found it on AutoTrader.com. I inquired about the vehicle, Roy responded and checked it, reported back to me and did not embellish his findings. and found it on AutoTrader.com. My wife and I flew out to Chicago's O'Hare (from Westchester County airport, NY), Roy picked us up, brought us to his dealership, we checked the vehicle out, it was exactly as Roy described and we did the deal. My wife and I then drove it back to our home in Connecticut. All of the people at the dealership were friendly and not phony friendly, genuine friendly (I'm in sales for over 30 years and know the difference). I have bought lots of cars in my life and this was an interesting and fun experience plus I got exactly the car I wanted. Way to go Roy! More

In short, my experience with this dealership has cemented my feelings about car sales. Shady. What happened? I saw an ad for a Nissan Altima Coupe for 19,950. The salesman wrote and offer sheet for $2000 my feelings about car sales. Shady. What happened? I saw an ad for a Nissan Altima Coupe for 19,950. The salesman wrote and offer sheet for $2000 higher. I thought he had to have done that on accident. No way that could happen. Well, I spoke with a manger about a week later. He said the first price, which was still on the website included incentives that were explained on the page the car was listed. NOT TRUE. There was no mention of anything affecting the price. The price was listed and that was it. It's kind of peculiar that the first salesman I spoke with never called me back or emailed me when I confronted him with the 'Error'. Unfortunately, we have to deal with dealerships to buy our vehicles. All I can say is stay on there A** and ask questions. They can only get away with what we allow them to. More
