ddolezal7, we are a bit confused on the inspection issue you raise. We did the video inspect and sent it to you. The lack of car wash was due to the very cold temperatures. BJ has emailed you and attempted to reach you by phone. We truly hope you find/see the video inspection and will consider amending your rating. Please stop in on any warmer day and we will wash your vehicle!
