Due to a family emergency we were unable to go in to see them in person but Denise kept in constant communication with us. When we arrived last Saturday to test drive the 2023 Cadillac XT4, she was helping another customer but happily introduced us to Bill Durst who helped us to become more familiar with the vehicle we had only seen online. We don’t enjoy being pushed to buy anything, especially something with such a substantial price tag but Bill and Denise were helpful and at no point pushy. Both were knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered questions readily without making us feel rushed with any decisions. David Smoker was pleasant and easy to work with as well.
