We are from Connecticut, decided to buy a Buick Envision from Coulter Cadilac Buick GMC last March, then drive back home as a road trip for the family during Spring break. Bill Durst is the best as he helped make the out of state transaction very easily and comfortably. He was on time picking us up from the airport. Definitely among the best car salesman to deal with. He is also very responsible for after sales transaction such as title transfer. He is just an awesome salesman. The team is also friendly as Bill introduced us to Paul, the General Manager who happened to be a former Connecticut resident. Nice purchase experience. More

The salesman that I worked with was Peter Worth. Peter couldn't have any nicer. Being of a similar age we discussed several common topics of interest and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations. Side note: I have purchased many new cars over the years and I am still surprised as the length of time it takes to complete the sale. I can't determine where the bottle neck is, but that is one suggestion I would like to make on behalf of future customers. That being said, Peter made the time enjoyable. Thank you again Peter. Sarah Burt was the financial associate that processed my paperwork. What a delight to work with. Of all of the finance people I've worked with over the years, she stands out as the most enjoyable. I worked with Cody Holliday and Paul Glans at this dealership and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. They were very willing to work with me on getting the truck I wanted as well as wit dealership and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better turnout.
