I had such a great experience with Coulter Cadillac particularly with Glenn Hieser. From the initial call (after my internet search) to the last dealings today 30 or more days after purchase the custom particularly with Glenn Hieser. TRY THAT WITH ANOTHER DEALER!!!!I would certainly not have done so if the treatment I received was not exceptional. I hate most auto dealers and have never purchased a used car from one. The experience I had was a view changer at least from Glenn and his teams perspective. Not only did I get call backs when I need them but I did not get the high pressure annoying calls from someone bugging as with other dealers. From the time I walked on the lot he went out of his way to see that I was satisfied and happy every step of the way. At no time did I ever feel pressued or intimidated. Joe also went out of his way to see that I saw two gentlemen, whose names escape me,that were responsible for completing the transaction and rebalancing the tires on the vehicle. These folks were also very interested in ensuring that I was imediately taken care of and that I was satisfied with my car buying experience. All of these gentlemen deserve accolades for their courtesy, professionalism and dedication to themselves and their employer. As a result of my experience I would certainly recommend Coulter Cadillac, Phoenix to others. More

I purchased a used GMC Yukon XL Denali in December 2009. The vehicle had a bench seat 2nd row and I was looking for Captain's chairs. I asked the salesman (Eddie) if those seats could be switched out for t The vehicle had a bench seat 2nd row and I was looking for Captain's chairs. I asked the salesman (Eddie) if those seats could be switched out for the Captain's chairs and he said no problem. It took over six months and multiple calls and emails to finally have the seats switched. When they were done, we noticed that they were the wrong seats. They fit the vehicle, but did not match the rest of the seats. It is now November 2010 and the seats are still not correct. We have tried contacting every manager possible to no avail. They keep promising to take care of the issue, but it has been almost a year. Don't agree to anything that this dealer promises you because they are not honest and don't care about their customers. I took my car there b/c a piece was hanging under the car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airc car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airconditioner and now I had to pay $300-350.00 to pay for it. I asked why I would be responsible, he said, "The technician could have never known he would have pierced the hose when he fixed the piece. I tried contacting the Sales Department Manager: Jon Thorne but no one called me back. Now I am going to contact the General Sales Mgr: Robert D. Lund and the BBB. More
Excellent dealer with excellent service. The service writers are great but the general manager Mr Tony Komadina is an unkind, mean spirited man.
