Ed and Tom's commitment to a customer is a lost art and should be viewed by all as a learning tool to others. So many times bussiness forget how they got big and profitable and that's thru customers. I've seen a number of service managers come and go, but I have to state that Joe Helms is probably the friendlies it's been regularly serviced there.
