Our 2006 Cadillac DTS was involved in an accident. I was on my way to Coulter Cadillacs Collision Center and stopped by the Used Car lot where I met Glenn Heiser. I returned home and brought my wife in. Glenn showed her the Certified Cadillacs on the lot. She fell in love with a Pre Owned 2008 DTS with low milage. We took it out for a test drive. Glen figured out the costs and appraised our car for a trade in. My wife said we would have to talk about it and return at a later time. We only got a few blocks away when she told me to return as she wanted the car. We returned and purchased the car. One reason we purchased it, was the professionalism displayed by Glenn. He did not pressure us, he was friendly and very helpful and worked with us. It was a pleasure dealimg with him and I will recommend Glenn and Coulter Cadillac to my friends. More

My wife was promised that the labour to replace our right rear Saturn taillight would be at a very low price. Seth got to work right away, while I went to the new car showroom and the resale lot to look at rear Saturn taillight would be at a very low price. When I returned, he had finished and checked to see that the new taillight functioned properly. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the labour would be comped on the Saturn because of our previous visit where we had its fuel pump replaced! When it comes time for a respray on our Saturn, I will definitely get an estimate from them and have all of my oil changes done there. This is why they have been in business so long. More

I saw the 2009 pre-owned Cadillac Certified Escalade Hybrid on-line. I had been watching for one all over the USA for about two years. I jumped on it! The car looks brand new and perfect. I priced my trade in on-line & the info. was sent to Coulter Cadillac. Glenn Heiser phoned me & I returned his call. My wife I drove to Phoenix the next day & met with Glenn. The Internet price for the 2009 Escalade Hybrid was less then the listed price and below the blue book price. Combining this with the trade in ($1000 more than the internet quote and more than i expected) I was fully satisfied.
