Everyone was exceptional-Tony Pennacchio, the GSM and Roger Farney were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I worked very closely with their finance manager Debbie Niles. I cannot say enough about her-she was amazing and instantly impressed me.! I was very nervous about the finance side (who isn't?) and she immediately put my mind at ease and not only made the process painless but enjoyable. Debbie truly shared my enthusiasm about my move and my new car. While she is very experienced and a true pro in her field she was never intimidating and took a tremendous amount of time with me. I would encourage ANYONE to work with her-regardless if it is your first car or your tenth car-she is simply the best!!! Even if you just have questions before you buy don't hesitate to ask for her! My wife and I were stranded at a parking lot. We called our service advisor, Joe Helms. He sent a service technician to our location to check why the car would not start. Sales Consultant Marc Bernstein was friendly and knowledgeable, and showed me their inventory that met my criteria. After purchasing the automobile, he went through all the instruments and functions with me, and took me back to the service department and introduced me to the person who will be my service advisor. He also gave me a followup call the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Coulter to my friends. More
I recently had an issue with my Cadillac leaking coolant. I had the pleasure of working with Edward Stralko in the past and was pleased to have him take care of my misfortune once again. I saw a newspaper ad for a new 2012 GMC Sierra. I called to verify if i could really buy the truck for the low advertised price. They said that i could. I drove to the dealership with a copy of the ad in my to verify if i could really buy the truck for the low advertised price. They said that i could. I initially brought my car to Coulter to deal with an air bag issue. Ed Stralko addressed this issue efficiently and with a courteous manner. He followed up with me afterward to make sure the matter was taken care of to my satisfaction. Soon after I was hit by another driver and required some body work. I brought my car to Coulter to have it done since I had had such a positive experience with Ed. In this case, Bob Westerholm was my point of contact. I found Bob to be friendly but when I came to pick up my car the body work was incomplete. I kept having to call Bob to find out when it would be finished. He kept telling me he would look into it and call me back but never did. After a few months of this I finally called Ed Stralko and asked for his help. Again, he took care of the issue immediately. He made it as convenient as possible for me which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely bring my car back to Coulter if the need arose but only if Ed Stralko was the one I was dealing with!! More
