After I was involved in an accident, I decided to bring my vehicle to Colter Cadillac in Phoenix, AZ. I chose to use their body shop since I have used their Service Center in the past for regular maintenance on my vehicle and have had a positive experience with them. All I can say is WOW! My body shop advisor, Bob Westerholm, took care of me from the very beginning to the end with the customer service care that far exceeded my expectations. At first I was skeptical if my vehicle would ever look like new again. I have an 09' Pontiac G8 GT with many aftermarket additions to it which were damaged in the accident. The passenger side of my vehicle was damaged from the front to the rear bumper including my aftermarket wheels. During the time my vehicle was being repaired, Mr. Westerholm contacted me several times to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was complete in about two weeks and it looked like my vehicle was never in an accident! The color matching of the paint used was an exact match with no color differential at all, my aftermarket 20" wheels were repaired and put into specs so I have no vibrations when I drive. Also the body work was done to perfection! I don't know how their body shop was able to do it...but they did with flying colors! Much kudos to Bob and his crew! Colter Cadillac is a reputable body shop which provided me with great service and I highly recommend to bring your vehicle here if any work needs to be done as the service and the quality of work is top notch. I was looking for a new Key Fob for my 98 corvette but I didnt want to pay a fortune. I looked on ebay and found about 6 of them listed. 3 were used and the people wanted 70 or bucks for them! One looked l didnt want to pay a fortune. I looked on ebay and found about 6 of them listed. 3 were used and the people wanted 70 or bucks for them! One looked like it was found on the hiway and run over a few times. The other 3 were "new" from different vendors on ebay and they wanted between 119 and 170 for them. I then went on the national corvette forum and found a couple vendors that sold GM parts at discounted prices. They wanted 72 to 80 bucks for genuine GM parts. I was just about to pull the trigger and thought I would ask the folks on our local ACE corvette forum and see if they knew of anywhere I could get one local because I would rather have my money go to a local shop. Ed from Coulter stepped up and said he could match what the national vendors could do. Thats all I needed to hear. He ordered it right away and the deal was done! A big thank you goes out to Ed and the way he stepped up to help me out. Just in time to! My old key fob cracked the rest of the way across the back and is ready for the trash can. The next time I need something for my vette I will come to Ed first. More

I really didn't know what to expect as my car isn't a Cadillac but I had been told by members of my Corvette Club that Coulter could service any GM car and that the service staff was the best in Arizona. I have to say, I was not disappointed. When I pulled into the service drive, I was immediately impressed with the condition of the service area. You can tell that there is a great deal of pride taken on the part of every member of the service staff. I was met immediately by a representative and as my Corvette Club friend said, I asked for Ed Stralko. Ed came out immediately to talk to me. I explained the problem I was experiencing and I got the impression that he genuinely wanted to resolve the issue. As a customer, you can tell when the people you are working with actually care about customer satisfaction. Ed is one of those people. My car was quickly taken to a service bay and a technician took a look at it right away. The irritating rattle in my dash that had been bothering me for over a month (which I believed to be the result of a windshield replacement) was quickly diagnosed and after only a few moments was corrected. I was shocked. I tried to have this looked into at a local Chevy dealer only to be treated as if I were some kind of bother to them which forced me to leave without anyone but the service advisor looking at my car. Honestly, it was something I thought I was just going to have to live with. You have no idea how happy I am that Coulter Cadillac services other GM products. With people like Ed and John (the technician who removed the rattle) you can be sure that I will use Coulter for any service I need from here on out. On a side note.. The service I received from Ed and his team at Coulter will also factor into my decision as to what car replaces my Corvette. I have had my car for three years and will be replacing it in the upcoming year. One of the cars I am considering is the CTS-V. Actually it is between the Cadillac and the Mercedes C63 AMG. With the service I received at Coulter, I have to say that the CTS-V looks like a little better choice then it did just a day ago. More
The dealership was very unprofessional when it came to the sales end. The Internet Manager and the dealer were fighting over our business right in front of us. When we wanted to work a deal, they had a snide, sarcastic, and arrogant tone that recommended we go back to where we came from before. "Well, I'll take 12 of them..." was the response of John, the Internet Sales Manager when we countered an offer. These people do not care about a customer, but only see them as a "mark" or a "rube." Stay away AT ALL COSTS More
