Today unfortunately my car broke down very close to the Coulter Cadillac dealership. However I was fortunate enough to speak with Edward Stralko with regards to my car troubles, and even though I was not a Coulter Cadillac dealership. However I was fortunate enough to speak with Edward Stralko with regards to my car troubles, and even though I was not a paying customer or Cadillac owner, Mr. Stralko went above and beyond to assist me. He was extremely professional and courteous, and not only did he provide me with pertinent and helpful information, but he also took it upon himself to ensure that my car was towed to my local dealership so that I could go to work. My morning would have been exponentially more stressful had Mr. Stralko not helped me. The fact that he went to so much trouble to help a non-paying customer speaks volumes to his character.
