My expierence with Glenn Heisser at Coulter Cadillac was exceptional. Glenn made me feel at ease right from the beginning. After feeling kicked around and dealing with their egos and attitudes at another dealership. I begin to believe my 86 year old mother may not be riding in a Enclave that she has been thinking about. I called Coulter Cadillac talked to Bill on Friday evening and my mothers journey to owning her Enclave began. I was ready to be defensive and cold the way I was treated at the last place. I didn't have to be, first of all it isn't in my character to even want to act that way to another person. Talking with Bill I was able to be myself and convey everything I wanted. The next day we took a drive to meet him and it even got better. Yes!!!!! My mother is now driving in her Enclave. I will highly recommend Bill Jurczak to my mothers friends and anyone else in Seattle Washinton where I live, who are visiting there elderly parents in Phoenix. Thank you again I will return. I visited with Bill and he said that the Coulter Body shop is by far better than any in the area. I enter the Body Shop and a very pleasant young lady named Amy Mulstay greeted me immediately. She looked at the damage and said she will make a preliminary estimate. She escorted my wife and I to the lounge to have coffee and donuts. When she returned I told her that we were in a parking lot at the hospital and the lady admitted that she did not look back to see that the area was clear. She said that she just purchased new insurance and did not want to use her insurance. She said she would pay for the damage with her credit card. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. Amy telephoned the lady and got the information necessary for payment Amy took charge and did eveything that was needed and she truly was wonderful. I was called when the repairs were completed and I again have my beautiful Cadillac. The repares, the painting and the cleaning of the car was absolutely terific. We were treated with a ton of respect and we truly felt as if we were purchasing a brand new vehicle. I cannot think of any other experience at any dealership that even compared.
