We parked on the new car sales lot on accident when looking for a used vehicle. A very kind and not pushy salesman directed us the correct location across the street. He gave us room to talk and explained the parts of the vehicle that we had difficulty accessing and trying out. He then handed over the keys and let me and my family go for a test drive alone. This is not normal, but a nice extra touch. You can drive and listen for things in peace. Once getting into the office, they looked over my trade in carefully, and offered a low value. Because I was prepared with research I knew the fair price and countered with it. They accepted as long as I purchased that evening. No pushy "guy behind the counter." No annoying sales tactics. Just fair treatment. I have never had a car purchase transaction this effortless. The finance guy took his time to carefully explain warranty options and all the paperwork. They really seemed to want to win return business. After signing everything, Dale took a few minutes to explain all the new buttons. Keep in mind this is almost 10pm and he is still taking his time and working with us. I would buy from these guys again. It's an amazing pressure-free environment with very clean restrooms. More
