We had a wonderful experience at Coulter leasing a new Buick Verano. My husband usually hates going to a dealership but this experience has completely changed his mind. I was nervous to buy used and I know I was a grouchy client. Coulter Cadillac did NOT swarm all over me and Dale was AMAZING. Everyone was very friendly. Harvey was great to work with. My only suggestion for him would be when a customer asks him a question that he answer the question honestly. Example: There was a noise I heard coming from the back of the vehicle that sounded like it came from the gas tank area. When I said what is that noise? He said Oh nothing just a regular noise the car makes. Well if I had not been some what car savy I would have been a little worried he was trying to hide something from me. As a sales person he needs to listen to his clients and answer them honestly. Don't answer to just make a sell! Customer service will get you a long way!! More

Roger is by far one of the best car salesman I have met by far!! My car was totaled in a accident and I needed a different car within a very short time.
