I drive a 2011 Cadillac SRX. The battery went bad and I had a service tech come by. His name is Tom Munoz. I had an alright experience, though I did have some issues. Dale seemed quick to try and push me into the car. I went on a test-drive and immediately afterward he asked me, "so will you take it?" givin issues. Dale seemed quick to try and push me into the car. Maybe it's because I was buying an $8500 car on a lot with cars worth three or four times that, and they were just trying to get rid of it, but I don't know. Michael Kemp was the one who handled our financial situation, and I'm far more unhappy with him than I am with Dale. He seemed super pushy about the warranty, but didn't seem to know much about it. He insisted that I had to buy the warranty right then and there, and told me that any other warranty I'll find won't be as good, which I know isn't the case after doing my research when I got home. We decided not to get the warranty the dealership was offering, but I called a couple days later to see if Dale could fax me over the reconditioning sheet or the warranty point check sheet so I could get a warranty through a third party. He tried to claim that he wasn't sure if they still had it since the deal was closed. That doesn't make any sense, and I feel like he's only saying that because they want me to buy the warrant through them. You don't just trash all records of the cars you've sold after you've sold them. They're just being difficult. I just called, so we'll see if he ends up sending it over or not. More

My experience in dealing with all 3 of these individuals during the entire process was excellent. I walked up to Coulter Cadillac and Derek approached me right away with a friendly smile. We looked around during the entire process was excellent. I walked up to Coulter Cadillac and Derek approached me right away with a friendly smile. We looked around the lot and I told Derek my last car was totaled and I really need a good deal on a car. Derek went above and beyond helping me look at not only his dealership but other Cadillac dealerships as well. The car we found online happened to be in the lot so I took it for a test drive. Derek was knowledgeable about the car and provided me with important information to help make my decision. Upon returning I knew the Cadillac CTS was the car for me! We then started the application and I was referred over Debbie Niles. She went over many financing options with an array of banks trying to find me the best deal. After receiving all of our options we decided on the best deal. Debbie provided current and future financial education to help me make my decision including warranty options. Once we finally confirmed and picked a bank I was provided all the necessary information and documents. Soon after driving the car I noticed a few minor imperfections that I wanted to have fixed. That was when Derek then referred me to Ed Stralko. I met with Ed to drop my car off in the service department and they could not be any more friendly. He provided me with a loaner and told me he would take care of all my concerns. His service team was excellent and the process was very seamless. Ed stayed in contact with me during the entire process making me feel at ease. I picked up my car and it was exactly how I wanted it. Ed did an excellent job and I know my service needs will be taken care of in the future. These 3 individuals should be recognized for representing the cadillac name with the upmost class and professionalism. I will not only be referring friends and family to Coulter Cadillac, but I will be a Cadillac customer for life. I am more than happy with my choice to purchase my Cadillac CTS from Coulter. We originally talked to Derek about another car, but before we could see it, it was sold. He sensed our disappointment, offered another car at a great price, and made our deal happen.
