Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC

We bought our last car with Coulter about 2.5 years back. It was just what we wanted. After weeks of haggling with other dealers and them calling us to debate over a few hundred dollars here and there, what a welcomed surprise Coulter was. I must mention that the car at Coulter was detailed and cleaned to perfection. Other dealerships didn't take the kind of pride they do in their cars. The car ran well the last 2.5 years and now we need something bigger for a growing family. So now we are looking for a car with a third row. Another dealer we'd gone to a few weeks before had told us to come in another day when we asked if we could come in on a Monday, since they were in training then. We asked if we could just come in and see what they had, but it wasn't even an option for the salespeople. I'd always kept my eye on Coulter's website and noticed they had a few things in our range that met our needs. I went in and Bill even recognized me at the door. I looked around and gave him an idea of what we were looking for. I called in 2 days later, having seen a car online, to ask if we could come in the next day. Bill answered his cell phone AT HOME to say he had a great friend, Dennis who would be in that day and would take care of us. He passed the information onto Dennis and the next day when my wife and I arrived, Dennis greeted us by name and our car was ready to test drive. The car was detailed to perfection, as usual, and was everything we wanted. They gave us an amazing deal that met our budget and we couldn't be happier. After a couple of glitches, we were very happy! We were very happy with Allen, but the finance gentleman Mr. Kemp was our only problem. He was not prepared when we arrived and it was obvious that he wasn't very happy with Allen, but the finance gentleman Mr. Kemp was our only problem. We were leasing my wife's 2010 SRX and I asked Allen Hall if we could get out of the lease early by buying the car. He calculated the difference between buying the car now vs. at the end of the lease in December and contacted me, as promised. He and I then discussed the benefit to us to buy the car now and the procedure we would need to follow. When we decided to purchase now (July, rather than in December), he scheduled an appointment with Brad Majercin in the Service Department to check the car and detail it in preparation for the purchase. Brad and Allen arranged for a loaner car for me to use (a new ATS). Because of a tight schedule, I asked that all of the paperwork be prepared in advance of a scheduled 5:30 meeting with Rick Baena. Based on our credit score, Rick was able to secure a more favorable interest rate than I expected and the paperwork process took less than 10 minutes. While at Coulter, my wife and I visited with Paul Glans, the Sales Manager, and told him how pleased we were with the SRX that he had helped us lease in 2010. We highly recommend Allen, Brad, Rick, and Paul. They are very knowledgeable, courteous professionals. More

Mr. Katz informed us of the dealerships current inventory status on the vehicle that we were interested in and the process to obtain the vehicle from Coulter Cadillac on our specific target date. On the following Thursday (8-1-2013) my wife and I drove from Chino Hills Ca. to Coulter Cadillac to purchase our new vehicle. We were greeted at Coulter by Mr. Katz on our arranged appointment time (10:30 A.M.) at which time we were offered complementary comfort provisions for our five plus hour drive. Following a brief moment to relax Mr. Katz introduced Coulter Cadillac to us and then presented the subject Sierra pick-up and all of the amenities of the vehicle in detail. After the product presentation we were then offered a guided test drive of the vehicle through various areas of Phoenix to challenge the performance of this truck. Our test drive validated the decision to purchase our fifth GMC product since 1978, it performed better than the current Ford, Dodge and Nissan products in the 1500 class. The contract phase of our purchase went very well with the Coulter sales team consisting of Mr. Katz, Mr. Glans and Mr. Kemp. These gentlemen honored the presented price point and then expedited the final California vehicle registration and purchase contract agreement to a enjoyable close. Upon departure from Coulter in our new Sierra pick-up, Mr. Katz ensured our directions to the freeway and then provided us with a few complementary provisions for our trip home. Although the drive to Coulter was a bit of a distance for us to acquire a vehicle, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a professional, ethical and honest vehicle purchase.
