Dureen Olson did a magnificient job of providing options on different models of the Cadillac fleet. I had purchased a used BMW from C.Cadillac and realized that I had a problem with the window washer pump. Ed was graceful enough to give me multiple options for having the problem rectified. Ed was very professional and had my car fixed. A courtesy car was also arranged during the servicing so as to minimize my inconvenience. Ed also provided honest and sound advice with regard to future car servicing.
