This was my first experience at a Cadillac dealership and more specifically with Coulter Cadillac. I was uncertain what to expect prior to arriving at the dealership, however, my biased opinion was that it more specifically with Coulter Cadillac. I was uncertain what to expect prior to arriving at the dealership, however, my biased opinion was that it would be a "stuffy" atmosphere. Fortunately, my sales representative was Dennis Starks. It was a no pressure sales experience while Dennis educated me on the modern Cadillac models. His years of experience in the automotive sales business was self-evident because he understood what customer service means. My financial transaction was with Lindsay Coulter and it too was very pleasant. I had thought that good old fashioned business transactions through a personal relationship was gone for good. After my experience at Coulter Cadillac (Camelback), I felt that I have a personal relationship with both Dennis and Lindsay. Meaning, I could call them up and they would be there to assist if I need assistance with my car or to buy a new car. That kind of feeling after a car purchase is rare. Particularly when the feeling is genuine and will last more than a few days. Thanks Dennis and Lindsay for a great car buying experience! More
at first I was hesitant about going to coulter because I thought I would be paying for the name. then the attention that was provided to me was very plesant and of course we had the usual I gotta run run up thought I would be paying for the name. then the attention that was provided to me was very plesant and of course we had the usual I gotta run run up stairs and talk to my manager delay but it was bearable. dennis starks was very nice but mike was tenacious! it was a good combo. as for the price of the car that remains to be seen, if it doesn't give me too many problems then yes a good investment.so in all it was the respect and attention that won me over. it was a good experience. Initially I went to Coulter from an internet listing I was interested in, 2006 CTS, although it was a little more than I intended to pay. The car presented as good as advertised, maybe a little better tha was interested in, 2006 CTS, although it was a little more than I intended to pay. The car presented as good as advertised, maybe a little better than expected. I had been looking for a Cadillac for over six weeks and in this price range had become frustrated with looking at so called 'for sale by owner' that were not in very good condition and the "OWNER" status was dubious. I found Glenn to be very professional and informative, he knows his product and showed us some other vehicles as well. As a buyer I try to get the best product for the best price, and rejected the original offer, and countered what I felt was fair. After Glenn spoke to Jeff and they both presented a lower price but a little over my counter offer I was willing to walk away, just has a matter of habit. However the conversation was handled so well and I found myself agreeing to the difference in price. This sounds normal and not unusual, the difference was how well we all seemed to get along and quite simply I enjoyed the repartee. In the end it was the way they presented themselves and the fact that for over 40 years in the valley I am very aware of the Coulter Quality reputation that made the difference. When it came time for the paperwork I was introduced to Lindsay, what a wonderful young lady. As the very proud father of one daughter I am well qualified to recognize good decent people. I am very impressed with the dealership and the people I was privileged to interact with, the Coulter family can and should be very proud of their people and extremely proud of their daughter. I look forward to next December when it time to replace my wife's Buick and my very first stop will be at Coulter and with these very same people. The next time though I intend to "split the difference" with Jeff at 60/40! More

I went to the dealership excepting to have someone latch on to me and not let me enjoy the experience of looking at the new Cadillac CTS. I was met in the showroom by Taj and from the start I felt comfortab on to me and not let me enjoy the experience of looking at the new Cadillac CTS. I was met in the showroom by Taj and from the start I felt comfortable with him. He didn't pressure me and he was very knowledgeable when answering my questions about the Cadillac CTS. I was prepared to check out other dealerships to get the best deal, but Taj impressed me so much I leased my new Cadillac CTS with him. Coulter Cadillac is lucking to have Taj representing them. More
