Dureen was a joy to work with after a stressful week of used car shopping. She was responsive and prompt when I called about a car and she had it ready for me when I arrived. I went to the Coulter Buick GMC location in Phoenix and worked with Nick Lopez to buy a 1500 Sierra Elevation. It was a non pressure situation where I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and all my quest worked with Nick Lopez to buy a 1500 Sierra Elevation. It was a non pressure situation where I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and all my questions were answered. They were very patient and honest which I appreciated. Most dealers that I have worked with in the past have excuse after excuse about pricing and other items, but fail to truly explain any of it. However, Nick was honest and very knowledgeable and did not shy away about being brutally honest. I came back a couple of days later and I brought my wife and they allowed us privacy and gave us all the time in the world to make a decision. Nick just patiently waited, which I appreciated. Once we made the decision it was such a simple and easy process and we went to work with the Finance manager (Conner) who also was easy to talk to and organized. The paperwork was easy to read and sign and it was a quick and enjoyable process. Thank you for the first enjoyable process of buying a new vehicle. More
