From start to finish Aidan at Coughlin made my first car buying experience a breeze. He answered all of my questions prior to coming in and made it seamless all the way through. Had our first service appointment on our new KIA SOUL, and the crew at Coughlin was outstanding. Fast, friendly, and helpful in every way. Service department needs to better follow up on parts that are supposed to be ordered. Two separate times we’ve had to have parts ordered and find out when we get to our scheduled service appt.
