The quality of the automobile is outstanding and far surpassed what I saw at larger national used car dealers. The attention to detail on the detailing work was impeccable--I know you think that the photos are too good to be true, but that is not Photoshop! I worked with Mike and Ken mostly via e-mail, but they were always quick to hop on the phone to hammer out final details or clarify things. All-in-all, the transaction took two days and Mike and Ken handled the logistics of transportation, registration, titling, etc. without a single wrinkle. For those of you who would rely on a national used car dealer for price transparency or logistical scale, you're leaving a lot of money and time on the table and you are also missing out on outstanding vehicles! They sell used cars but they are by no means a used car dealership in the traditional sense. In fact, their professionalism and service easily match Porsche dealerships, but the attention and intimacy of dealing with a smaller shop puts them over the top. I worked with Mike and he was very responsive and did whatever it took to close the deal. I know I wasn't the easiest customer, but when you're spending $90,000 on a used car, you have to do as much digging to be comfortable with the deal, and Mike handled my due diligence campaign pretty well. (He probably popped a vein in his bicep at one point.) Where I went from a satisfied customer to an advocate was after I got a pre-purchase inspection. There were a couple of issues and they offered to address them, even though I had lost some bargaining power at that point. If you see that they have the car you're in the market for, don't go anywhere else. More
