Exceptional Service and Fair Pricing I began looking for a Porsche 911 about 6 months ago. After extensive research on model years and pricing, I began my search. I eventually ended up at Controneo Auto Group to take a look at a 2009 Porsche Carrera 4S. My experience with Controneo Auto was nothing but exceptional. Mike was very courteous and transparent in his dealings. I left knowing that I got a fair deal on a great Porsche that had been recently serviced at RAC performance, a very reputable shop in Dallas. Shortly after I left, I noticed a couple of problems with the car that I hadn't picked up on during the test drive. Nothing major, just a burned out windshield sprayer motor and some brake rotors. I called up Mike and he immediately asked me to bring the car back so the issues could be resolved. He promptly fixed the car at no cost to me (as it should be) and even took it to have clear bra placed on the front at my request. When I came to pick up the car, it had been immaculately detailed. It's nice to finally find a used car shop that stands by its word. I will most definitely be using Controneo Auto Group in the future and have already recommended them to multiple friends and family. More

Fast forward, here I am again and the experience was again, outstanding. Called Ken, he listened to what I was looking for and showed me some great options. No hassle, no pressure. Within 20 min, I had made a decision. I had to leave for the airport, and 15 minutes after I left, he called me and said everything was done and ready. I returned home and went right from the airport to Cotroneo. I spent a total of 15 minutes signing papers and getting a thorough run down on the car. They also put the customer experience first - they were completely transparent and highly informative throughout the process (e.g., when we purchased our Toyota 4Runner, Ken recommended against buying an extended warranty since it likely wouldn't "pay back" for us even though he would have made money on it). They also clearly have a passion for the vehicles they sell - every vehicle in their showroom was cleaned and reconditioned to look like it just rolled off the assembly line. It was the second car that I have purchased without seeing it. The first was a Mercedes S550 Sport out of Florida. I flew my car guy down to Miami to have him check it out and report back. It checked out and was put on a transport truck back to Austin. This BMW was the second and I relied solely on what Ken told me as far as its condition. It could have been a complicated transaction as I was trading in a car.Ken arranged to have my car transported to his facility in Addison and the BMW transported to Austin. As an attorney, I have learned to be very careful in dealing with what people say. Ken was able to answer all of my questions, make all of the arrangements and handle the paperwork online. Upon receiving the car it became very clear that everything Ken had told me was 100% accurate. Additionally, he was always accessible via email or telephone.
