They met me in the garage as soon as I stop my car and took down my information. Let me know that I was not due for an oil change as I had first thought so we talked about the other things I was getting d took down my information. They also let me know that it would be several hours before my car would be ready and that there was a courtesy vehicle if I needed a ride somewhere. I don't recall who I was working with, but he let me know when an issue came up that they were wondering if I wanted taken care of while I was there and when I tried to respond through text message, I wasn't sure if it had gone through so I checked with the person I was working with to make sure that he let the technicians know that yes I wanted that taken care of, I believe it was alignment of some sort. They also let me know when my vehicle was ready, and even though my husband had picked me up to go somewhere, they didn't have a problem with it staying at the dealership until I got back. Everything went just fine. More
