Chase was fairly new on the job, but she was very responsive. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she followed up right away with an answer. I thought she did great. Vehicle was dropped off the night before for my 7 AM scheduled appointment. I had not heard anything until 10 AM so decided to call the dealer at 10:17 AM to check in and see when the vehicle was going scheduled appointment. I had not heard anything until 10 AM so decided to call the dealer at 10:17 AM to check in and see when the vehicle was going to be done with the oil change tire rotation, vehicle inspection and transmission control module update. I know Toyota historically underestimates the time it takes to do the transmission control update, but it does say it takes about 30 minutes. Toyota called me back at 10:41AM and said it was taking a bit longer than expected. The work order was started at 10:35 AM and the vehicle was not completed until 1:16 PM. When the service advisor called me back at 10:41 I asked if they were just starting on the vehicle now. He absolutely lied and said “no it’s just taking a bit longer something hasn’t printed out correctly”. They definitely forgot to start my vehicle on time. Vehicle was dropped off at 7 AM and was not completed until 1:16 PM. This is completely unacceptable and there was minimal to no communication about this. Extremely frustrating. More
