Steve K was initially helpful in finding a used Camry for us to check out. We made an appointment 2 days after the car arrived at the dealership. By appointment time the mileage had increased 200 miles. The car was not inspected or cleaned but we were expected to put money down. Why go to a dealership instead of private sale? We are loyal customers and have purchased 7 cars from Toyota over the years. The expectation on us was ridiculous while the expectations for Toyota were non existent. Faith did finally back down and have car inspected first before we paid. But she was not the initial person who contacted me so it maybe was not her responsibility to have car ready for me by appointment time. Also I was told there is no bargaining on prices on used cars. Faith did work it out so price was reduced by $500 but really the car is over priced. Also we were given only a flash drive for document papers. Good thing I have a computer and printer at home! So would I recommend Corwin Toyota? Nope. More

DO NOT GO THERE. To make a long story short... the pickup that was purchased had 2 remotes. We were told that prior to test driving it. 2 days later it was taken for To make a long story short... the pickup that was purchased had 2 remotes. We were told that prior to test driving it. 2 days later it was taken for a test drive with the salesman and at that time he also said there are 2 remotes. After the deal was made, we came back the following day with the check and low and behold, we only received one remote. I believe since they couldn't get us to come up a little on purchase price, they kept the remote to make up some of the cost. Part 2. As part of the deal, they were to fix a chip in the windshield. I have called Corwin Collision 3 times and do you think anyone is available or will call back? guess not. Part 3. No financing was needed so the dealership lost out on that as well; Another reason to throw the customer to the curb. Never again will I go there or ever recommend anybody going there. Terrible customer service. Should have read more reviews first. Seems there are many horror stories. THIS IS STRICTLY MY POINT OF VIEW AND NO ONE ELSE INVOLVED More
