Indira was very helpful. She had my truck all ready for a test drive and answered all my questions along the way. She made the whole process very easy and very quick. From arriving and test drive to signing the final paperwork only took around 3 hours. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before leaving and checked on me a few days later to make sure that I was still pleased with the truck. Lori Fosse, the assistant service manager reminded me that April was tire sale month and we scheduled April 10th to replace all four tires on our RAV4.
