Took care of my truck without any issues, no extra "upcharges" or fees with my warranty coverage and no paperwork to worry about. Simple and straight forward. I do wish I could have just left my wheel and tire there to be swapped and then put on the truck when I came back, but I understand there are probably good reasons they need the entire truck there. Only issue I had was a huge grease/oil smear on the side of my truck and I'm not really sure how that got there and it was pretty obvious so im not sure why the tech wouldnt wipe that off. More

Service person checked cabin filter, shut off power to tailgate during a battery recall. I didn’t know the power was turned off until 2 days later when I tried to open the tailgate or how to fix it then. tailgate during a battery recall. I didn’t know the power was turned off until 2 days later when I tried to open the tailgate or how to fix it then. Took the Rav-4 back to service for repair. They charged me $113. Sent me home with unusable tailgate. I looked on line how to fix it and i turned power back on with the switch in the glovebox. In essence I was charged $113 to fix their problem. Third day I went back to Corwin to let them know how to get this problem fixed once and or all. Money will be refunded to my account shortly. Corwin General Manager Francis Borts also new how to turn power back on and we went to the service manager to let him know that all service mechanics need to be updated on this issue. One of life’s little problems that creep up once in a while. Thank you Francis for your help in this issue. More
Even with an appointment, I waited 2 hours for an oil change. As I was leaving, Mike stopped me because of an oil leak he traced to my car.
