While the service work itself appears to have been completed satisfactorily, the overall customer experience was disappointing, especially for a first-time visitor. There was little to no guidance throughout the process, from entering the service bay and checking in, to understanding where to wait, how service updates would be communicated, and where to retrieve my vehicle afterward. Staff interactions felt impersonal and lacked the basic communication and customer service needed to help a new customer feel welcomed and informed. Better signage, clearer instructions, and more proactive communication would significantly improve the experience. More
