Service dept seems a bit overwhelmed and prone to mistakes. Previous appointment mechanic reported I needed rear brakes replaced. However, i had just had them replaced. This time the mechanic corr mistakes. Previous appointment mechanic reported I needed rear brakes replaced. However, i had just had them replaced. This time the mechanic correctly reported that the front brakes needed replacement but also reported the rear pads were at 4mm and should be considered for replacement. Sorry -- the rear pads only have 10k miles and are at 7mm. I discussed these "mistakes" with Marcus and how I am a bit suspect on any diagnosis or recommended repair work. Marcus seemed a bit annoyed that I would be questioning any of this. More

The price clarification when I showed up was unclear so I was still under the impression it would be $280 that I was quoted over the phone. Nobody let me know things were taking longer than expected or what was happening so I was just sitting in the waiting area missing work and asking for updates. Was told "I'll find out what's happening right now" and didn't hear back. After the 4 hours, missing work taking extra PTO, and the unexpected $200 extra I was basically told "you're wrong. too bad so sad." with no sympathy or "how can we make this right". More

Spent 11 hours in service for what I was told would take three hours. This was for my 25k service on my 2023 4Runner. I didn’t feel it was malicious but my service contact appeared overwhelmed by her job. I three hours. This was for my 25k service on my 2023 4Runner. I didn’t feel it was malicious but my service contact appeared overwhelmed by her job. I was the last one out when I came in for my appointment at 7:30 am and was on my was home at 6:30 pm. I was never updated on the service progress and felt more like a nuisance than a customer. That’s what $800+ worth gets you at their service department. There must be a better Toyota dealer out there with better service than this and I will be looking elsewhere for my service. More
This was the worst service experience I've had at a dealer. I brought in my car for recall service on the battery holder, and waited in my car for 40 minutes to be checked in. Later I got a call that dealer. I brought in my car for recall service on the battery holder, and waited in my car for 40 minutes to be checked in. Later I got a call that, oh by the way, since we replaced the battery holder, you need a new battery that fits the new holder, something that would have been good to know in advance. So my free recall service was now $200. Then when I picked up the car, there is no line at one service desk to get your keys and paperwork, instead there is a mob of people hoping someone will help them, and I was told that I'd have to wait longer. Really a mess, and I have no intention of ever setting foot in this dealership again. It's a shame that Toyota builds good cars but has terrible dealers. More
I didn't not get notified when my car was in service or a video like normal. I had to reach out for a timelime. Im highly disappointed that this time I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a standard video like normal. I had to reach out for a timelime. Im highly disappointed that this time I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a standard customer. And then when I picked up my car, I was told here's your report and your car is parked somewhere. Lucky it was in the front, but still felt like I was a total bother. I even asked when I dropped off my car if I could make a note and I was told no, any concerns need to be placed as another service. I said thats a little silly as this concern could probably be found during my 10k inspection. Just an overall bad experience and I get reminded everyday since my maintenance notification wasn't turn off either. More
Wait time very disappointing. 4 hours for an oil change and that’s with an appointment. I was told an hour to an hour and a half. I also had them do a lift kit when I brought the truck there. Now I hear a popping noise going over speed bumps. The truck only has 26,000 miles. I ask if they could double check the lift components while there. They said $200 for diagnostics. $200 to check their own work?? I truly want to keep my Tacoma serviced by a Toyota dealership, but now questioning my decision. To be fair, the service personnel were very pleasant .. More
