I took my 2009 Tacoma in for scheduled service on 16 Sep 2010. I had a requirement to get in and out pretty quickly, and was also informed I needed to get the recall work done for the gas pedal. Josh assured me he would do his best to meet my timeline, and get all the work done. I'm happy to say, he did. Ironically, my wife's appointment was cancelled, and I didn't have to be in so much of a hurry. During all of this... I ended up trading in my Tacoma for 2010 Tundra. I look forward to the same high level of service with my new vehicle, as I did with my previous one. As well, we have our 2010 Highlander serviced at Liberty, and I couldn't be happier.
