From my first communication with Ms Wynn to the signature on the Purchase/Sales order, Ms Wynn listened to and addressed every question and concern I had. She did so with an attitude which clearly made me feel one of her goals was to also make sure I understood and was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. Never during any point in the process was there any presence of pressure or frustration felt on my part. I would recommend Ms Wynn to anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle. More

He met us at the dealership when we were ready and addressed all our needs and questions in a very professional manner. We were very appreciative with how he adjusted to our schedule, arranged for driving the vehicles and added his experienced perspective to our shopping experience. Most importantly, he did not bombard us with excessive follow-up calls or internet communications during our decision making process. Overall an excellent experience. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, friendly, and helpful. Even when I changed my mind on the color of van I wanted everyone was very patient. Instead of just checking the box when the profit margin was so small, everyone bent over backwards to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted!
