I made the deal through the internet United Services Automobile Association. The pricing was agreed to and I made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday driving from Dolores Colorado to North of Colora Automobile Association. When I arrived I met my sales person and took the car for a test drive. Satisfied with the test drive, We started the paperwork process. As with all legal proceedings the paperwork took time. But with the vast showroom, snack bar and parts department to look through time passed easily. Then very quickly I was on the road back home. The time at the dealer was quick bu I was treated very professionally and bought my car with no hassle. Thank You More

The Sales Rep Nathan Clark was very nice and very helpful. He made the experience fun. While waiting to go in to financing, he kept my 3 year old daughter entertained by drawing pictures for her. Chris was excellent to work with. We loved his "catch more bees with honey" approach to sales. It was very low pressure, which is exactly what we wanted. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly all the way through. I wasn't going to get a warranty, but after talking to him I saw that it really made the most sense to get one. I feel confident in the car we got aswell, I love Toyota's and the maintenance done on the vehicle looks great. We really feel like we just bought a new car, just for $13,000 less. We plan on being back in 2 years to buy another one if Chris is still there. If he's not working there we'll still check Liberty Toyota out, but probably just go to wherever he's working. I brought my 2001 4Runner in for a 120,000 mile service which was friendly and prompt. It all started with James Zielonka, Asst. Service Manager, who was extremely helpful (far more than the folks at the other Toyota dealer in town) in getting a hitch put on my Highlander. Then he agreed to negotiate with Enterprise for a rental RAV4 so we could try it out. When Enterprise reneged on the deal, Gary Schmidt came through with a used RAV4 that we tested for several hours. Both Gary and Cindy Preston were friendly and informative in setting up our lease of the RAV4. It was great dealing with them and I would recommend the dealership to anyone. More
