I did a lot of research online of all the different Crossovers. We test drove: Honda, Mazda, Hundi first and thought we would purchase the Honda CRV at that point. We decided we still needed to drive the 2013 Rav4 just in case. WEll, sure enough we decided that the Rav4 was a better fit overall for us, although it was a very close race. We test drove the Rav4 w/ Ray Hart and really enjoyed working w/ him. He did not pressure us at all. Once we made the decision on a Rav4 we made an appointment w/ him. Over the weekend on his own time, Ray checked to see what the other Toyota dealership had in stock. When we arrived for our appointment, he told us about a Rav4 at the southern dealership that was a color we liked alot. Long story short that is the car we decided to buy. I had checked into the Costco buying program and we used that to buy this car. We financed part of the car w/ the dealership financial dept. They had the best interest rate we had found. Sure appreciated their effort to find us the best interest rate possible. Tom Sharp was a delight. He helped us pair our cell phones to the new car and answered all our questions doing the walk around. He also gave us a tour of the dealership for our future needs and scheduled our first service appointment for oil change etc. Car buying can be VERY stressful indeed but our experience here was not so, at all. We traded our 2009 Sienna mini-van for a 2013 Sequoia this February (a bit late with the review). Joe Walton was our very patient sales person. He spent a significant amount of time on two test drives, pointing out the Sequoia's features as well as ensuring that the vehicle would fit in our garage. Joe and the management at Liberty Toyota located and secured the specific vehicle we were looking for (i.e., color and interior and features). I would highly recommend both Liberty Toyota and Joe Walton to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. I'm a little late with this, but I bought a used Rav4 from your dealership the end of February. Ray Hart was our salesman and he was great! We first walked into the main lobby by a couple of sales asso from your dealership the end of February. Ray Hart was our salesman and he was great! We first walked into the main lobby by a couple of sales associates and nobody said anything to us. We then went outside to look at the cars on the lot passing a couple of other sales people, still nothing. Finally as we make our way to the edge of the lot, a salesman spots us (that would be Ray), and starts walking towards us to greet us. He was quite a distance away, unlike the others that were a couple of feet away. I personally don't like to get "attacked" as soon as I go to a car dealership, but having nobody even say "hi" seemed a bit unusual. Other than that no complaints. Ray was very nice and patient (like many that visit a car dealership, I wasn't going to buy a car that day :)). Ray did not pressure or anything. He was very personable and truly a nice guy. I felt like I could speak honestly in front of him. Jessica Stroud was also great in helping with my leather install. I had chosen a different color (she was out the day I ordered) and she called back before placing the order to explain that the color I chose might not look great with that particular interior. She advised me to go with the factory color which matches great. I was pleased she took the time out to call an even send pics of the color swatches before just ordering my choice. Special shout out to Lisa Totten (sp?), I had met her in the past and she helped with hunting down the swatches in Jessica's absence as well as just making me feel good about the deal I made. Oh, also they did the trade in of my car sight unseen. I was happy with my deal and got everything on my Rav4 that I wanted without anything extra out of pocket. Overall I was very pleased. More
