Overall an excellent experience. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, friendly, and helpful. Even when I changed my mind on the color of van I wanted everyone was very patient. Mr Culbertson was very helpful, positive and cheerful. He told me what needed to be done on my vehicle, but did not pressure me into service I did not want at the time.
