Overall an excellent experience. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, friendly, and helpful. Even when I changed my mind on the color of van I wanted everyone was very patient. Then as luck would have it a new van with the right options and color becaem available. I was especially impressed that all this was done to match a USAA quote that was already below invoice. Instead of just checking the box when the profit margin was so small, everyone bent over backwards to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted! Mr Culbertson was very helpful, positive and cheerful. He told me what needed to be done on my vehicle, but did not pressure me into service I did not want at the time. I knew the model and color of car when I went in to buy and had a fairly close idea of the price, so dealership obviously wants repeat busines... I had no idea about the pricing on the extended warranty however. It would have been helpful to have had information in this area. More homework to do before I buy my next car. More
