I explained to her that I needed to check out Edmunds and talk to a friend who had worked in the auto industry. I contacted Cindy a few days later with the price that I was willing to pay and we made the deal. The experience was very easy and pleasant. I don't like time consumming, drawn out negotiations. Cindy then showed me around the dealership and introduced me to a number of people that I would be working with in the future. She then went over my truck with me and contacted me within a day to ask if I had any more questions. I did and she was able to answer them easily. My wife and I normally buy new vehicles every 10 years or so and they have been almost exclusively Hondas. If Honda made a truck that I liked, I would have probably stayed with Honda. This experience has opened my mind to allowing Toyota to compete for my next new car purchase, which says a lot from a person who's last four vehicles were Hondas. More

He is very new and was a little nervous but treated me very good and was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Jeff was very helpful and explained everything to me and I was able to get everything on the car that I wanted. Overall I was very satisified with my experience at Larry Miller Toyota and would recommend them to everyone. More
Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining not only what was going on with my vehicle, but what could be done to fix it. I felt that he sincerely cared and I wasn't just some random customer to him. I appreciate all of the time that he took with us (and it was a good amount of time) to address all of our concerns. I am most satisfied with my Toyota Tundra! I am not an experienced haggler nor do I possess a great credit score so I can't really argue with the interest rate of 10% that I received. Financing was smooth aside from the paperwork having to be done twice because, after leaving I noticed that the wrong Vin# was put on all the original documentation. My reasoning was that it was late and the vehicle I purchased was transported from another dealership. I was asked to sign a document ensuring my purchase of the truck before before I actually had or even seen it. It was probably assumed that I was to purchase the truck that I test drove instead of the truck that I was promised. It took 3 separate visits to finally complete the financial part of the purchase. Again, it was late and the mix up was understandable. The most unpleasant part of my experience at Liberty Toyota was leaving my favorite Ray Ban sunglasses in the overhead compartment of my trade-in vehicle. I had assumed that I had removed them prior to the trade-in but I didn't. Big mistake!!! I can only assume that the individual in charge of inspecting or cleaning out the vehicle now has a pair of $160.00 silver framed sunglasses. Good for him, he got me! What can I say, it's my fault for forgetting them in there... It just sucks that honesty isn't a virtue that most people possess. More

Overall experience was good/positive. I think there probably was some more room for the sale mgr to come down in price, but Cindy explained the code in the price. The receptionist and others were helpful while we waited to meet Cindy. Cindy was pleasant throughout our visit. Both Seans were helpful as well. The overal process went pretty well and fast. As I said in my previous review, it was kind of tacky to not have floormats in the truck, then ask us if we wanted to buys some pricey, albeit nice ones after we spent over $20,000. Also, we were first offered the "wrap" for $1025. The we had a second chance to get it for $760 or so. It just seemed like you were trying to get some more $ out of us. I usually do not get extended warranties on stuff. Toyota is supposed to be good stuff, so why drop another chunk on that. I hope I am right in thinking that I will not need it. Seems great so far. I had been looking at the Prius,but,really hadn't intended on purchasing a new car that day.
