I think you charging me somewhere around 30 bucks for labor to install a cabin filter is ridiculous since for some reason the man already had it out for an inspection. It only takes a few seconds to do and I feel like that was a gouge. It took an hour and a half for an oil change... that is not very good for what you call and Express lane. The chairs you have in your waiting room are pretty but uncomfortable. They are real back killers. Get rid of them. We also don't like the center console Toyota has put in the new Prius. And the dash seems to be too high to suit the wife. Ok now, is that enough? I could go on but then it will probably tell me it's too long. More
Just bought our second Highlander Limited from your dealership. Came in response to letter on the value of our 2008 Highlander. We had not intended to buy a new Highlander when we came in, we were ju dealership. Came in response to letter on the value of our 2008 Highlander. We had not intended to buy a new Highlander when we came in, we were just curious about the value of our current 2008. Bill Nelson sold us our first car and we had a wonderful experience with him in buying this car. He listened to our needs, and gave us several options to choose from. He was very creative in trying to meet our needs, but without pressure. We loved our current Highlander, but fell in love with some of the new features on the 2011, but it seemed out of our reach. Your dealership went above and beyond to give us a good deal and help us get the new car. You have to know this, we have been married almost 45 years and have never traded in a car before that did not have at least 175,000 miles, was 8 to 10 years old and paid for. Bill Nelson explained the window of opportunity we had with the current trade-in value of our 2008 Highlander that would diminish significantly when our 08 turned 100,000 miles. That, along with 2.9% financing, and the new features was the decision turning point for us. The thing we liked best about Liberty Toyota is that the staff is always friendly, helpful, professional, and someone greets you as you come in the door and sees what you need. (Unlike the Honda dealership which ignores you. When we bought our first Highlander we had checked out the Honda, I went to talk about buying a Pilot, waited for 35 minutes while I saw a bunch of sales staff standing to the side and NO ONE came to help me. I got up, walked out and won't go back again.) The other thing is that there is never a feeling of pressure. Not by Bill Nelson, not by Shaun Williams in finance, not by the Sales Managers. No "gimmicks, no tricks, just honest information and guidance, and a professional attitude in helping us to buy a car. So I guess the best thing I can say is when we need another vehicle (probably a hybrid sedan) we will be coming to your dealership to buy it. More

I stopped by to have my car serviced on an extremely busy day. JJ greeted me and gathered preliminary information while I waited for Gary (my usual service advisor). Liberty Toyota Scion provided a courtesy shuttle that took me home while they did the work and brought me back to the dealer when they were finished. I'm very impressed by the quality of their work. As I said the waiting ara was exceptionally clean, bright and airy. I used the business center to work while I waited for the service to be done.
