I gave it 5 stars across the board. I used the USAA buying service. Cindy Preston was the first dealer to call, less than 12 hours after I submitted by request! They could not locate the exact color vehicle I wanted, but they found me the next closest available vehicle. They asked if this woul be acceptable to me and I agreed. They notified that there was $2,000 Toyota cash back when I thought it was only $1,000. Very smooth transaction. Not a lot of pressure. I was very happy not to play the "lemme talk to my manager" game. Cindy went through all of the features that my new Tundra had, including syncing my blackberry to the bluetooth, handsfree stereo. The truck was clean and ready to go when I left the lot. Overall, a very good buying experience. More

Nathan answered my emails in a timely fashion, dropped an occassional email to me inquiring as to my needs and timing for my next visit to the dealership (i.e. a test drive). Jayson in finance has a great sense of humor while maintaining a professional manner. That was a refreshing approach after having dealt with at least 25 individuals in that position over the last 45 years. Final comment: Although my wife and I did not deal directly with any other employees during our six to eight week buying process, we were greeted by several representatives of Liberty Toyota at each visit. They were all courteous and helpful. More
Overall the dealer was a good experience. I have heard that the south dealer will negotiate with you on price and should have gone there (friends got the same vehicle cheaper just by driving to motor city that the south dealer will negotiate with you on price and should have gone there (friends got the same vehicle cheaper just by driving to motor city). I would have liked some different options and ordered a upgraded car but was pressured into thinking that there were not going to be any for months (not so according to friends who bought from the motor city store). Our Camry had the driver's seat stuck in the full forward position. Atkinson Toyota in Bryan Tx told us it could not be moved back nor fixed and the entire seat unit would have to be replaced at a cost of $ position. We opted to drive back to our local Toyota dealer in Colorado Springs. We explained our desire not to spend $2000+ on a 2003 vehicle with 149,000 and asked them also if there was an alternate fix. They got the seat to operate again with the warning to not put it in the full forward position for a $100 charge. It was pushed forward originally to retrieve something from under the seat - possibly beyond the normal realm - no one drives this close to the dashboard. We will be recommending this dealer for their honesty, talent and ability to listen to the customer. Thank you, you have earned not only our future business but also our trust. More

I originally sent a request online saying I was interested in a new car and now I'm getting emails on a daily basis from several different companies about buying a car. I would prefer that my emails with Larry Miller not be passed along to other companies. Also, I see below I have to register to send this survey. Hopefully that won't mean more emails from companies other than LH Miller. More
This was my first service experience with Liberty Toyota. I was very impressed overall. The only thing that might be helpful is to have a service manager assigned to you. I had this at Pikes Peak Acura and I thought that was very helpful when I called to make an appointment and any person would answer and then see who I was assigned to and helped me with the appointment or if the assigned manager was available transferred me to them. Their stations were outside next to where you drive up. Just a thought. More
