Great service...poor time managment. I scheduled an appointment last Thursday, 12 Sep to have a 7-pin tow plug added to my factory installed 4-pin connector and hitch on my 2018 Highlande I scheduled an appointment last Thursday, 12 Sep to have a 7-pin tow plug added to my factory installed 4-pin connector and hitch on my 2018 Highlander The service technician, Randy Eacker, did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results. But, as I've reported before, LHM Liberty Toyota needs to do a better job of managing their appointment schedule. I scheduled a 7 AM appointment to have two wires connected to a circuit breaker and the battery. The ticket was opened at 7:20 AM and closed at 10:39 AM. I was charged for one hour of labor. If accurate, I should've been finished at the LHM Liberty service center by 8:30 AM...at the latest. Instead, it was almost 11 AM when I left. Once again, I encourage this dealership to investigate their appointment scheduling issues to better manage the service center's work and reduce their customer's lengthy wait times. More

We told him what we were interested in and we were wanting to look at the Highlander and 4 Runner couldn't decide which one. We narrowed it down to the highlander, took a test drive came back to the dealership, since it was late and we were gonna look at a couple other brands of cars to test drive as well but said we really loved the car and would be back in on Saturday to purchase this vehicle. We went in side I asked him if he wanted my contact info he ignored me and gave me his card we walked outside no words were exchanged and he jumped in the Highlander and sped off. I was so pissed off because he didn't even thank me for coming in or say I will see you tomorrow, my wife and I looked at each other and were like we just told him we would be back tomorrow to purchase. I Would never buy from Doug or this dealer ever again, Doug was a horrible salesman and I ended up buying else where because of this. Last time I checked salesman work off commission and being professional and friendly helps them sell cars, this was definitely not the case here. Worst experience ever!!!! More
