Outstanding customer service even out of towner I recently bought Lexus IS used car from this dealership. Since I wasn't local I wanted to make sure car is in top-notch condition before I go there and buy it. We agreed on price as well. Once I was satisfied then booked plane ticket to buy the car. I test-drove and found no issue with the car. I also decided to go through financial through dealership long as they were beating my current offer which they did. I had the oil changed on Friday at a local garage, in the Springs,where it had I am a traveling nurse, my 2017 Tacoma is critical to my profession. . I had the oil changed on Friday at a local garage, in the Springs,where it had been performed before without incident. The plastic oil filter housing was damaged during its removal, saying that the previous place had over tightened it. I drove back that day to Salida before realizing I had lost over a quart of synthetic oil and my under carriage was soaked in motor oil. Calling that shop, there was nothing they could do and they were closed Saturday.(the following day). Because of the time, I waited to call Liberty Toyota on Saturday. I spoke to a wonderful person, the appointment setter; her name is Dale. She said they were booked but, would get me in. Confirmed that the parts department had the part, put it on hold for me, I drove back to the Springs. When I arrived, Shawna was waiting and had been advised by Dale as to the dilemma. . My Tacoma was repaired, under carriage was cleaned of the oil by the technician. I have used Liberty Toyota in the past for oil changes, scheduled maintenance. Liberty Toyota has earned my business from here forward for all my Tacoma's needs. It was imperative I have my Tacoma repaired and on a Saturday, of all days. Liberty Toyota came to the rescue.
