This is not regarding Frank: but as a whole, it was taxing to wait for each of the individual in between processes (parts, service, finance, etc). After explaining what we "thought" we might be looking for our salesman Jim AKA "Slim Jim" was very attentive to what we were looking for and showed us a few options, He asked us to wait a few minutes while he went out to look for what he thought we might like, and came back with the car my wife fell in love with, a 2019 Highlander SE. Even though it was well past closing time both Tamara and Brent made us feel like we were the first customers they had that day.
