Adam answered many questions that I had and if he had to check on an issue he would call me back within 5 minutes. As the purchase of the truck got closer Adam had me speak with Tori. Again looking for a reason not to buy a truck 15 hours away from Indiana.... Tori worked with me on purchase price and I was on the way to Colorado. Being a Costco member I opted for assistance from the Costco Auto Buying Program. Tamara contacted us shortly after I submitted what we were looking for. We were going to test drive a Toyota Tacoma and a Toyota Tundra because I had never drove either and I liked what I saw on the Tundras. While walking the lot I noticed a beautiful 2018 Ram 1500 Sport, lifted, beefy tires, loaded with gadgets. We asked to also test drive it. Both of us fell in love during the drive so we ran numbers to see where we were. Unfortunately the payments were not were we wanted. About to leave deflated Tamara said she was going to check the used lot one more time to make sure she didn't miss anything. She came back in with a huge grin saying "I have to show you guys something." Turns out another 1500 Big Horn was traded in while we were there, hasn't been seen by anyone. The price point was perfect, it was the body style I was wanting, the color was not my wife's favorite but she liked it by the end. With Tamara's "no quit" mentality she was able to help us get into a truck we love at the price we wanted. More

Tamara Parker was the only person at any dealer I contacted who invested time in looking for what I really wanted (not just what they had). On her own initiative -- most impressive -- she searched neighboring states and found the perfect match for me even though we had not yet met or spoken. She then worked with us to make it all come together. Her manager, Michael Guadagno, was also outstanding in working with us as needed.
