I purchased my 2001 Tundra at Liberty Toyota when it was located on Academy Blvd. My disappointment with this dealership began only hours after the deal was closed. I purchased for cash, so had few options at that point. I did continue to have my truck serviced at this location for approximately two years. One bad experience led to another and, therefore, I discontinued going to this dealership for service. In fact, I stayed away for the past eight years. on March 29, 2011 I stopped by the new location located near Woodmen and Powers Blvd. I was due a 90,000 mile service so I came to the service desk to see if things might have changed. I was greeted by a Service Advisor, Mike Mcgee. He took the time to not only greet me, but to thoroughly explain what service my truck was in need of at this point in time. I proceeded to have many items of service performed (timing belt, water pump, front brakes, engine tune to include plugs, etc,etc.) The "check engine light" was illuminated and that also needed attention. Once again, Mike McGee carefully explained an oxygen sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. All of these services were provided over a two day period and I was completely satisfied with the results. I again had occasion to bring my truck in for service on Sept 21, 2011. Among other items of service, the "check engine light" was once again illuminated. And again, Mike McGee explained in detail the possible cause and associated remedies. The work was accomplished and again, I left this dealership profoundly satisfied. I rated all five areas GREAT (5) because everything was fantastic. I must point out that this exemplary service was attributable to my Service Advisor, MIKE MCGEE. More

Paul was very polite and explained several features of the car to me that I was not aware of. He did a great job in trying to get me the best deal, and even though he was busy with several customers I ne the car to me that I was not aware of. Jeff worked hard to get me the financing that I could work with within my budget on such short notice being that it was late in the day. Everyone I met at Toyota was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Befre I came in I thought I knew what I wanted. I had visited all the dealerships on the northside of town. When they didn't have it, they haustled and got me the car I needed (4 doors) at the right price. Or close to the right price. I have had 2 previous Toyotas and I liked them. Thank you. More

I will admit to feeling some pressure to increase my offer for the vehicle but that is part of the negotiation process. Cindy was very responsive via email and phone when we doing the intial discussions and she made the extra effort to come in on her day off to work with me. She helped me with multiple test drives so I could make a good decision on what vehicle to purchase. I particularly appreciated the honesty and straigthforwardness of the finance manager during the closing process wrt warranties, legal documents, etc. The only thing I think could be improved is how information on the new vehicle is presented when delivery occurs. We were all really tired by the time we got to this phase of things and it was hard for us to absorb all of the details about how the navigation system and other features of this vehicle worked (it has a lot of features!) It might be good for Toyota to put this all on a DVD that we can review at our leasure. More
This was a routine service call. Workers were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Customer waiting area was comfortable, though coffee machine wasn't working (OK, I survived). Having more than 20 years of prior experience in management and customer service, I really appreciated my overalll experience at Liberty Toyota. Nathan Clark, the salesperson, treated more like a fr management and customer service, I really appreciated my overalll experience at Liberty Toyota. Nathan Clark, the salesperson, treated more like a friend or relative rather than a customer right off the street. His knowledge and expertise, along with his great personality, convinced me to purchase a new, rather than used, vehicle. Nathan was definitely the difference. He was very frank and honest. As for the financial side of it, Jeff didn't make me feel overwhelmed or like I was signing my life away. His explanations of the various paperwork that had to be signed was clear and concise. He too has a great personality, for his side of the business. Often when dealing with that amount of paperwork one can feel easily intimidated by the task itself. With Jeff however, the process went smoothly. He also kept me as ease with his funny demeanor. Lastly, the 0% financing for 5 years made the price worth it. Thank you again Liberty Toyota for an outstanding experience. More
