We went to the dealer on a holiday weekend so we expected it to be a little busy. The entire process from test drive to finally driving off the lot with our new vehicle took about 5 hours. That was a little bit long even for a busy weekend. Tamara was friendly and quick to work with us throughout the day. She also helped facilitate a slightly better trade-in price for us when the initial appraisal was below our expectations. We would recommend Tamara to others for buying a vehicle at this dealership. He was very prompt in his response to us as well as knowledgeable about the program. We were then connected with Tamara Parker and right from the start she was so personable. When I came in to place a hold on the vehicle she was thorough in her explanation. Once we returned to purchase the vehicle she was not pushy. She had the car detailed, full of gas and ready for us to see it in the bay/garage when we arrived. The buying process and trade-in negations were seamless and fair. Tamara explained everything and we never felt rushed. She took the time to show us all of the features the new car had to offer as well as sinking up our mobile devices to the car. She answered all of our questions and was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend her services to other friends and family. It was just a really great experience and I’m glad we found exactly what we wanted at that location. We had been shopping around for several moths and often felt pressured even though we would tell dealers that we had no intention to buy at that time and we were just looking and researching our options. But at the end we were always pushed by offering us a deal, etc. That never occurred at any point while at this location and working with the employees there. I just cannot say enough about how nice that was. There was no discomfort by being pushed to buy a car that we didn’t absolutely love. We worked with James Majors in finance and he was also very kind and explained all of our options to us and made the finance and buying portion very easy and understandable. Before we left Justin Lombardi took the time to come out and thank us as well as to congratulate us on our new car. He was also very personable and great to talk to. Truly an overall great experience. So happy we pitched from this location. More
