Nathan explained all the workings of the new Venza during the delivery and I learned some new things. I met with Ray during the delivery and we had a good discussion about the process of buying a car at Liberty. If this is a typical Toyota then I won't spend much time at the dealership until we buy another car in about 6-8 years. My wife's 2008 Camry won't be worn out by then but we'll be tired of it and want something new. Thanks, Scott More

The vehicle we recently purchased at Liberty Toyota. We purchased a Highlander 4 years ago. We made a decision recently to trade in our second vehicle and looked at various other options. However, we found the Toyota RAV was a great match for what we were looking for. Mike Harrington was very helpful in answering our questions and was, as always, very professional. The entire process, from the time we drove into the Liberty's parking lot until we drove out with our new vehicle took about 3 1/2 hours. Given all the documentation and details involved with purchasing and financing, we were very pleased that the process went so efficiently. Mike was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Wait time was a little slow - 3 hours for the first check- up. It was actually much faster when they did the work to repair a few days later. My wife and I have purchased three used vehicles from Larry H. Miller / Liberty Toyota since 1992 but this was our first new vehicle purchase. We had done some research and were pretty sure we wanted a Larry H. Miller / Liberty Toyota since 1992 but this was our first new vehicle purchase. We had done some research and were pretty sure we wanted a Toyota Venza. The availability of Venzas was very limited due to the production slow down in Japan caused by the quake. No Venzas were on the lot initially but two used Venzas did become available and we were able to test drive one. We decided on a 2011 model that was scheduled to arrive and placed a deposit. We used our auto insurance car buying service and got approximately $4,000 off the price. There was a slight mix-up on the delivery date but it was addresed and handled to our satisfaction. We took delivery of our Venza on 10/11/2011 More
