How does a flood vehicle, possibly from Hurricane Sandy, find it's way to Williams Toyota? The Carfax shows it came from New York but it doesn't say anything about it being in a flood. I'd heard that Carfax should be taken with a grain of salt and it's not a complete guarantee. So why do I say it's a flood vehicle? Well when the seat rails and hold down bolts INISIDE the vehicle are covered with rust and the ventilation system reeks when you turn it on wouldn't you have to conclude that it probably was inundated with water for several days or weeks? The underside and rocker panels also had rust issues. So when I asked the salesman (last name Kostenko) how a flood vehicle ended up on their lot he became quite irate and denied that it was. I was pretty shocked that he turned hostile about it. I told him that maybe the CEO of the company might be interested to know about it and left. So buyer beware. The dealer you thought was reputable and fair might be selling you a dangerous vehicle. More

I initially went in for an oil change without an appointment, knowing I needed to schedule an appointment for some alignment repair which required a few hours worth of work. When I talked to my Ser appointment, knowing I needed to schedule an appointment for some alignment repair which required a few hours worth of work. When I talked to my Service Advisor, I mentioned some other noises I had been hearing. He gave me a time estimate for the oil change and analysis of the noise, which was just about spot on. After they performed my oil change and the noise analysis, we talked about the other noises and the part I needed for my alignment. Then he immediately offered to get me a rental car and just fix it right now. This was a great convenience to me, so I had them fix it while I used the shuttle service they offer which had me home in about 10 min, and it picked me up within about 10 min of my car being ready. My car was fixed with no issues and on time once again. More

Justin and Jason were the most personable back-office guys I have ever met. Justin went out of his way to answer every request I had during the negotiation, and he was unfailingly patient and gracious--as if he had nothing else to do except help close my deal. Jason and I had a great personal conversation in between his expert review of all aspects of the purchase. Shawn in accessories and Joel in service finished up by making sure my truck was equipped, safety-checked (with two major repairs at no cost to me), and cleaned inside and out. Lisa in sales went out of her way, even though I wasn't her customer, to take care of me if Mike was out of the office. They are conveniently located in the Powers Auto Park and their facilities are top notch. Comfortable seats, wifi, outlets, coffee machine, popcorn, and Village Inn across the street. They are easy to like. I couldn't be happier with my Toyota Tacoma, and I am walking away with a very happy experience. I'd like to keep my truck forever but next time I buy a car it will be here. I am a 16 year customer of Liberty Toyota. In 1997 I leased a Toyota from Liberty Toyota, Motor City. Three years later I purchased the vehicle. 16 years and 235,500 miles later I traded in my Toyota leased a Toyota from Liberty Toyota, Motor City. Three years later I purchased the vehicle. 16 years and 235,500 miles later I traded in my Toyota for a 2013 Camry, which I also leased. During those 16 years, Liberty Toyota, and only Liberty Toyota, took care of the maintenance of this vehicle. I had very few issues with the Toyota product during the 16 years and it proved to be extremely reliable and economical. Hence, when I replaced my Toyota, I returned to Liberty Toyota primarily for the product, but also for the service I received from Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota.
