We were very pleased from the first visit with your dealership. We looked at some RAVs but wanted one with lesser mileage; so we asked Michael to keep us advised if one came in. When I took my husband down the next day to sign the paperwork also, I asked about whether it was too late to look at a model that didn't have all the extras that the original one had. Michael was given the approval for us to look at another one; he brought it up, told us to drive it and see if we liked it. John and I got in the car, said to each other, this one does not compare at all with the original one, We then completed the paperwork and are now very happy owners of the 2011 Limited RAV.
