Overall a great experience. Found the truck I was looking for and got what I believe was a fair price. Joe was very attentive to my needs and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. I was in for my 90,000 check up on my Highlander. All my service visits have been great with Gary Haines. He has always been honest about what needs to be done or what can wait for service later. He also service visits have been great with Gary Haines. He has always been honest about what needs to be done or what can wait for service later. He also tries really hard to keep costs down, but will make sure that what you need is what is done for your vehicle and ultimately your safety. On a previous visit he made sure that my husbands truck was fixed correctly. There was a sound that we could not figure out and Gary had me drive with a tech to see if he could identify it. He actually heard it and worked until he found out that one of the bearings was shot on an axel. If not found it could have been much much more expensive and could have left us stranded on the side of the road somewhere. Great service everytime, even though I may not always like the bill. More
Paul Reed was excellent to work with. I was getting a rough ride and the struts were leaking a bit. He ordered new ones for me. They also wash my car every time it is services which is great. rough ride and the struts were leaking a bit. He ordered new ones for me. Noah and all the staff I contacted were very helpful from making the appointment on the phone to driving out the door. I was on vacation and had scheduled a 20,000 mile service be performed but on my way to the dealership ran over a deer. They inspected my car, got parts from Denver to repair my car and had me safely back on be performed but on my way to the dealership ran over a deer. They inspected my car, got parts from Denver to repair my car and had me safely back on the road to get home to Tennessee to have my car repaired without having to take any additional days off work (without pay of course). Thanks so much for taking care of me and my Prius C. More
My overall experience was good but I do have a few complaints. First, I received a sales e-mail from the dealer stating 9 vehicles were available at Liberty Toyota and they had 0% financing. The 0% complaints. First, I received a sales e-mail from the dealer stating 9 vehicles were available at Liberty Toyota and they had 0% financing. The 0% financing peaked my interest and initially, all I wanted at this point in time was to test drive, not purchase, a 2013 Tacoma 4x4 with the 6 speed manual transmission. As I found out at the dealership, Tacoma's do not have 0% financing available (must have been hidden in the e-mail "fine print") and, the vehicle I had an appointment to test drive was already sold when I arrived. Also, it turns out this particular truck configuration is rare to find in Colorado, and only 2 other similar trucks were available in the entire state. Then the sales pressure tactics kick in. I know the dealer isn't going to pay to move a truck across the state just for a test drive. So.....now I'm sitting at the dealership wanting to test drive a similar truck but, needless to say, I ended up leaving that morning as the "slightly bewildered" owner of a new truck...... which I hadn't seen yet. After the initial "shock" wore off, the rest of my experience was great, the sales, service and finance folks were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, since I had already deleted the original sales e-mail, I couldn't go back and double check the information on the financing and never expected the truck I was interested in to be sold before my test drive appointment. And, finally, the truck I did purchase is awesome! More
Recently purchased a 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series at Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota. I've been researching used Toyota trucks and SUVs for months in an attempt to find my next project truck. I've o at Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota. I've been researching used Toyota trucks and SUVs for months in an attempt to find my next project truck. I've owned two first generation 4Runners and was really wanting to move in to a 96-97 Cruiser due to the addition of air bags and some other amenities I was keen on. I'm very excited to own one of the best overlanding machines that Toyota has ever built, as well as the amenities that come with it -- that I did not have in my 4Runners. As soon as I saw this Cruiser online and looked over the immaculate Carfax report I contacted the dealership. Mike Watson immediately called me to set up a test drive that day, and to answer any questions I had in a friendly manner. I live in Denver and making the trip to the Springs was enough to show my interest, but Mike and his team stayed true to form from the initial call to my purchase of the truck that evening. They let my friend (also a Toyota enthusiast and 94 Land Cruiser owner) go over the truck completely, take it for a test drive, and then carefully worked with me throughout the afternoon on finding the appropriate method for purchasing the vehicle that was fair for both of us. I knew that if I was buying a truck that was serviced at their dealership since it came to CO -- regardless of the age and mileage -- I was in good hands. Thanks so much for all of your help guys! Overall, Doug made the entire sales process smooth and enjoyable. The test drive and his knowledge coupled with Tacoma's re-sale value made the difference. I've had the truck now for 48 hours and you cou enjoyable. The test drive and his knowledge coupled with Tacoma's re-sale value made the difference. Our experience from the receptionist to John Christiansen, the sales person, was extraordinary. We explained why we were there and what we wanted. JC listened to us and took us out to the lot to review the inventory and take a test drive. Once we made a decision, it was smooth sailing through finance and the rest of the process. Even though my wife sold cars at Saturn of Chapel Hills for 8 years, she was somewhat apprehensive about buying the car. She had a bad experience the last time we purchased a vehicle and did not want to have her arm twisted into buying something she did not want. She was very pleased with the entire process and will definitely return for our future vehicle needs. More
We regularly service our 1993 Lexus LS 400 at Liberty Toyota - simply put, I will never take my car any place else! When a major component went bad, Fred Olsen gave me the option to purchase a factory or after-market part and given the large price difference, I chose the after market part. Unfortunately, the aftermarket part(s) just didn't cut it, and an associated problem arose. Given that, Liberty Toyota - at no charge to me - replaced the part and gave me a rental each time (the aftermarket parts failed more than once, unfortunately.) Ultimately, we both came to the conclusion that the ‘aftermarket’ for this particular part would not solve the problem and they offered to install a factory part, and only charged the difference in price. Liberty surely lost a lot of money on this repair (labor, car rental, etc.) but each and every time they made the decision in terms of what was best for ME, the car owner. We get this kind of service EVERY TIME we go to Liberty Toyota, which is one reason we’re looking exclusively at (Liberty) Toyota for when we purchase our next car. More
