On Saturday December 7th, 2013 I called Paul in a PANICK, I was driving my 4-runner1998, and the truck would not advance, instead it would go sideways (on the Icy road), he told me he thought he knew what it I was driving my 4-runner1998, and the truck would not advance, instead it would go sideways (on the Icy road), he told me he thought he knew what it was (the brakes) and if it was what he thought it could be fixed, meanwhile some friends were telling me maybe I should start thinking of the possibility of needing to buy a new car ( which I can not afford at the moment). However Paul called me and said my truck could be ready that Monday dec 9th! Paul is a person of integrity, honest, friendly, treat the customers with respect, someone you can completely trust when he tells you, your car need something done!! And you can be assured that your car is fixed, and is done right!! More

When I arrived for my appointment, I was able to drive right in and was greeted nicely. Scott arrived soon afterward and after examining my car, explained what needed to be done and the time it would take right in and was greeted nicely. Scott explained all that was on my receipt sheets that listed the work that had been done for the 45,000 mile checkup. We made arrangement for the next checkup. About one week later, my car would not start. The service department sent out a technician to jump start my car and then received me into the service department right away. Since I had another appointment, Scott phoned me to explain that the battery needed to be replaced. My car was ready after my appointment and the price was what I was quoted. More
Very good experience with Liberty Toyota service department. Autumn Surbeck was the service adviser. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Service appear to have been done exactly right and on time; no issues there. Everyone was very friendly. Cost for timing belt and some other 90K mile work was actually below the independent service estimates I had obtained. So, the lesson learned for me was the dealerships are NOT always more expensive. Great experience overall. More

Very pleasurable experience. No high pressure push. Yes, there was the usual 'give & take' but I think both sides got most of what they wanted - I know I did. Eric was very attentive to my needs. He knew what I wanted and he stayed on track w/ me instead of pushing in a direction I wasn't prepared to take or that would have cost me way more than I could afford. The gentleman who handled the extras like clear bra, all weather mats, and window tinting was great at explained everything and setting up an appointment (sorry, can't remember his name.) And although the finance department went a few bucks over the monthly allotment Darwin gave me the low-down which made sense. Most importantly, I was treated with respect and not taken advantage. Finally, Liberty Toyota was there for me after all these years when the 'chips were down' so-to-speak (I needed a replacement vehicle pronto after a recent weather related accident in which my car was totaled.) My experience with Larry H Miller Toyota was extremely satisfactory. When I first visited the dealership and met Joe Walton, he showed me the different models of the RAV4. At that time, I was uncertain of what I really wanted. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I test drove an XLE and was happy with it but still not sure of what I wanted. I knew I wanted a Toyota as I have a 1994 Camry that has been an excellent car. Joe never pressured me one bit and let me take my time to think through the process. That was important to me during a car buying experience. I do have to bring the vehicle in for inspection as the left side of the hood of the car shows a shadow of "scars." I say scars because I can't think of a better word. It looks more extensive than it did at the dealership because of different types of lighting. This was noticed by Joe and a couple of service men and I was told they would take care of it.
