My issues are not with the dealership itself, but with the two individuals I worked with. On the day of purchase, we discovered the battery was dead and I was told the car would be ready by noon the next the two individuals I worked with. When I arrived as instructed, the battery had not come in yet and still needed to be ordered — that part I understood. What was frustrating was that no one called ahead to let me know before I made a 40-minute drive each way. I was then told it would be ready by 5pm that same day, only to receive a notification at 4:30pm saying it would not be ready until the following day. When the car was finally ready, I was told it had gone through detailing and would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up an hour and a half later and detailing had not even started, so I took the car unwashed rather than make another trip. On top of that, I had repeatedly told the finance team I was not interested in an extended warranty, yet they continued to push one on me, which added unnecessary frustration to the process. More

They sent me a video of the vehicle which they showed a few dents, but did not show the two major bigger dents, was not happy about that.
