Jerry Garsez drafted the retail purchase agreement. After reviewing it subsequent to the sale I realized items were hidden in the agreement that I never wanted. 1. Fidelity Service Contract After reviewing it subsequent to the sale I realized items were hidden in the agreement that I never wanted. 1. Fidelity Service Contract $3827.00 2. Advanced Windshield Protection $1353.00 3. Touchscreen Glass Modifier $300.00 Total $5480.00 After contacting Jerry, he finally relented and wrote a cancellation form. I expected Corwin would remedy this fault in a timely manner. When I called my lender weeks later, they had not received the funds. I immediately called Jerry. He informed me the funds would take 4-6 weeks to get the funds! Buyer beware!!!! More
