I'm very thankful that I was able to get my truck repaired. The job took a long time, even though I mentioned that this was my only vehicle. My truck was kept all weekend. I started working with Ian, who held my truck over the weekend. He didn't tell me he would not be working on Monday, so it took me 2 hours to find the status of my truck. Ian told me he was shooting for 10 am Monday to have my truck ready, but noted the account as "customer needs by noon", which was not true.
