I am giving 1 star because the service we got was just trash. Really only seems like the sales people just want a check and don't care about the customers. We have been trying to work a deal and they more trash. Really only seems like the sales people just want a check and don't care about the customers. We have been trying to work a deal and they more than lowball us on our vehicles but then don't want to make a deal with anything else. They lowball and then expect us to come out of pocket with a ridiculous downpayment just to still have a high monthly. We have gotten transferred to different people almost everytime. I keep telling them to contact me but they continue to blow my wife's phone up all day while she is at work. We have brought our vehicle in multiple times to service because of issues and everytime they tell us nothing wrong. When there clearly is a problem. We have bought 4 vehicles from them in the past years, a corolla, gr86, gr supra, and tundra. You would think you'd get some kind of loyalty discount even like $500 would be nice. Its the thought. But to keep buying vehicles like that and no benefits to the customer just the sales reps that's garbage. We have been buying and coming here for years but I think now you guys have lost 2 customers. My wife and myself. Can't justify coming here and trying to work deals with people that only care about stuffing their pockets and not truly helping. The finance section was rude too. The lady was upset she was staying late and we were trying to split the downpayment on our truck when we bought it but she just snatched the credit card from my wife and said "give me the dam card" then proceed to charge everything to it and give it back. Such unprofessionalism. Also we were told when we were buying the truck as a lease we would pay $500 down for $500 month on any SR5 tundra. That was false. Every single SR5 we looked at had modifications done to them and we kept being told, "sorry that's not part of the deal" when we were told they were. We ended up paying $900 month for the truck we want because they denied us on every other vehicle. They are dishonest, rude, and don't care about you. Find a different dealer and prevent the headache. For real. More

I was lied to about how much I would get for my trade in. 26,488 was what we agreed on and I ended up getting 23,000. I was told they needed 109$ from me for not paying the car off in time so you wanted me to pay the late fee after you guys already bought my car and I signed it away to you. I owed 37,000 on the hrv and got was told I would get 26,488 for the hrv and I end up getting 23,000 and my down payment of 4,000 made it 52,000 total for the 2024 rav4 im very upset that they took advantage of me and I will learn from this and never do business with you guys again. The only way to make it right is to send a check for 3,000 so I can put it towards the vehicle and I’m not even sure the 4,000 got added to all this. More

Worst service experience ever on my Tundra. Changing fluids took 8 hours. Took my car in at 10:15 a.m. and got it back at 6:30 p.m. I did agree to end of day return, but 6:30 is way past Changing fluids took 8 hours. I was also advised possible brake replacements at 6:15 p.m. Poor to no communication on progress. When I raised issue to Service Director, he left me a vmail but has not returned 4 subsequent calls. I had purchased the 3 oil change service, cancelled it after this fiasco as I will find other more reputable repair businesses. 3 additional services were recommended for my vehicle, why add them if your staff is already too busy?
