I took my Ford expedition in for a recall fix three times. They replace the part finally, however the blower motor still doesn’t work correctly. There’s a relay that is connected to it that is now caus times. They replace the part finally, however the blower motor still doesn’t work correctly. There’s a relay that is connected to it that is now causing the problem that they refused to fix. They didn’t put my vehicle back together correctly. The panel that was covering the electronic box inside. The vehicle was left off. Garbage was left in my vehicle. The blower motor still doesn’t work correctly. Due to the fact that the blower motor wasn’t working correctly, it was putting an unnecessary load on other parts. It’s very disheartening that they can’t fix things correctly and don’t care about their customers. I will never work with buy from or take another vehicle in for service to Corwin Ford in the Spokane Valley ever again because they don’t care about doing a good job. so instead of them fixing it correctly I know I have to buy another part to fix the problem. I also know of other people with the same year and model that I’ve had similar experiences with Corwin Ford and their vehicle is still not fixed. I would have to say since it’s gone away from McCollum Ford it has been a disaster of a dealership, and I will never do business with them again. I would also like to mention that I had a full tank of gas when I took my expedition in and when I got it back, it had less than half a tank. All that driving around in my car to make sure the blower motor worked correctly when all you have to do is start it and check it not drive it. More
