Came in for a tuneup. I told them that the left front wheel had a slow leak in it. I told them I took it to a tire company to have them check the slow leak issue. They could not get the wheel off because Corwin Ford had crossed threaded the Lugnuts.. I took the truck back in for its next oil change and told the lady at the desk that there was a slow leak in the tire. She reported back when I went to pick up the truck that they could not find the leak. They did not rotate the tires as what was supposed to be done because my tire still has the leak. My tire still has a slow leak, and it’s still on the same side and the tire Lugnuts are still cross threaded. So the big question is: if I have a flat in the middle of nowhere, how do I change that front wheel? This is not the first time Corwin Ford has really upset me. When I first brought the truck in to have the oil changed, the lady told me that they only had one lift that would lift a heavy duty, Dooley truck, and that I would have to wait. I waited three hours and that is when I believe they cross threaded the front wheel. Not very happy with Corwin Ford. More

Personal contact very poor. I couldn't get calls returned about my vehicle for 3 days. I was requested on line to approve costs for turn signal repair that were much higher than I couldn't get calls returned about my vehicle for 3 days. I was requested on line to approve costs for turn signal repair that were much higher than what I was verbally told. My wife and I finally went to service dep't, replacement of turn signal switch did not cure problem. Old turn signal was re-installed(so we were told)and the turn signal worked properly and continues to work. We purchased our 2015 Edge from Gus Johnson Ford new, and had it serviced there continously. The service was very good and very personal, not so with Corwin. We will not return to Corwin for service or vehicle purchase. More
