So very p moving to Spokane from Renton four years ago. So appreciate receiving it cleaner than when I bring it in for maintenance and kind? Oh, yes! So very patient, professional, considerate and, always explain all they did and found. It is a special blessing for a customer with no family, no "help" when car "voices" hint attention is needed for auto concerns. Corwin is the place I know I can trust. I recommend them highly. God bless you for the work you do, it is a blessed calling. ThankyouCorwinFord. More

The young woman that helped me when I made the appointment was very helpful. When I brought the car in Jeff explained that there was a diagnostic fee. The drivers door did not recognize the intelligent key. I informed him that I wanted it to work, but if it was over $800 or $1000 to for get it. He left a message in about 3 hours that it was ready to pick for $500 a change. I was very pleased. More

I brought my car in for a transmission replacement. I can tell they didn’t replace it and just fixed it. They said stuff was in order for the new transmission and clutch. Waited 3 weeks to get my car b I can tell they didn’t replace it and just fixed it. They said stuff was in order for the new transmission and clutch. Waited 3 weeks to get my car back. Which I had also scheduled for maintenance while it was there. Madeline had told me they would change the oil and fluids while it was in before I got it back. Well I got it back they didn’t do an oil change, they didn’t give me a new clutch or maybe transmission. I can’t exactly tell which one isn’t new, but I know for a fact one of them isn’t new. My 4th gear feels like there’s a huge piece of hand fabricated metal, which is blocking me out of gear. They also deactivated my red track key, as well as messed with my ecu and messed up my middle console display to not show me my horsepower etc. I would love to have them re do it immediately. With my next month car note paid for as I waited a full 3-4 weeks to finally get my car back. Which they didn’t even do everything I had asked, and paid for. The total they charged me was $12,000, $2000 out of pocket, because the warranties covered 10,000. They said everything would be brand new driveline related, which I can tell it’s not and has just been re-fabricated. I would either like a full refund of the money I spent, or Corwin Ford to do what they said they were doing. Which they said whole new driveline, brand new clutch as well and brand new transmission as well as an oil change and fluids check. Which they did none of that. Except maybe the clutch. Alls I know is when a customer asks for something as simple as an oil change, while it was at the shop you would think they’d do it since they already have the car correct? Wrong. I can’t necessarily blame Madeline, but I sure can blame the whole dealership. Madeline should have made sure everything was done though, as she was the adviser. There should be some kind of full inspection done after the job was completed. Which I know wasn’t done. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope you guys can make the dealership accountable for their actions. I sure will! Don’t know if this requires a lawsuit or what, because they said I was paying for all new parts. Which I didn’t receive. More
